Xun Yu was based on Gundam Strike Noir and is a strategist that lead to the immense growth of Blue Corporation. Xun Yu featuers a Soyaen weapon that can be used as either a handgun or a blade. A visor attached to his wings can flip down over his head or worn over his eyes.
