DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Singapore)
Direct Delivery : Vaaries depends on package weight.
● 1 Delivery and 1 Re-attempt delivery. An additional delivery fee will be charged for the 3rd delivery attempt.
● In case of failed attempt delivery, item(s) will be returned to VCA Gundam Singapore. ● Delivery fee will be charged for re-delivery.
● Lead time for delivery is up to 5 working days. Monday to Saturday, 11am to 6pm.
● Additional charges for delivery to a remote area. Please see the list of restricted area at the end of this page.
● Additional charges for any amendment of delivery location.
● Once the parcel is handed to the direct delivery company. Cancellation of order due to customer’s decision or fault, even if customer entitled to free shipping. Customer will be payable for the shipping fee or a shipping fee will be reduced from the refund of the item.
● Order & final payment fulfillment before 1400 hrs, parcel(s) will be packed ready and pickup by the shipper on the same day. Any orders / payment fulfillment after the cut-off time as mentioned will be pack and pick up the next working day.

We use 3rd party couriers service and VCA Gundam Singapore do not own any of them. We are unable to control the date and time of deliveries. Request for a specific delivery date and time are made at best effort basis only and are subjected to the courier company's efficiency and service standard. Tracking number may be provided once it has been sent out, you can track your parcel via their respective website by keying in the tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (WORLDWIDE)
Shipping Charges are calculated by actual weight. International postage is sent to our shipper "Singpost" within 3 to 5 working days from the date of order confirmation, following which Singpost will ship out to the recipient.

Delivery Time - Approximately 15 - 30 working days depending on the order's shipping address. Tracking number and tracking URL will be provided via your stated email.

Delivery time may be delayed during any festive periods.

Buyer is responsible to ensure that the product can be lawfully imported to destination country before placing any orders and is to bear all relevant charges on shipping, import, and customs duties.

The amount of shipping charges shown was estimated so there may be circumstances that we will contact you again for additional shipping charges.

* Please ensure that the address provided by you is correct. We do not take any responsibility for wrong address provided.
* Customer will bear any delivery charges should there be any re-delivery arrangement.

SELF PICK UP / COLLECTION
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the items have been packed and ready for collection.

Please provide email print-out to collect your item at our store.

PREORDER / BACKORDER
Please take note that we will only process your order delivery / self-collection when ALL item(s) in the respective single order has arrived. Should you wish to receive those item(s) once it is available / in-stock, please submit your item(s) order seperately.
