For pre-ordering of new incoming new product(s). Deposit / upfront payment may required for item reservation. Please refer to respective product(s) page description for required deposit / upfront amount.

No refund / exchange will be applicable if customer(s) wish to cancel the order.

Any deposit / upfront payment will be considered as void if final payment is not complete within 30 days from the date of product arrival.

Please take note that we will NOT SHIP / ALLOW SELF COLLECTION when ALL item(s) in the respective single order become available. Should you wish to receive those item(s) once it is available / in-stock, please submit your item(s) order seperately.
